Process Engineer – Manufacturing (Riyadh)

About the role

The Process Engineer will develop, optimise and control manufacturing processes for welding consumables such as electrodes, wires and fluxes. You will ensure consistent product quality, high efficiency and cost‑effective production in a fast‑paced plant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve processes including mixing, extrusion, baking and wire‑drawing.
• Analyse production data, identify root causes and apply technical solutions.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to boost process efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance, schedule preventive/predictive maintenance and track KPIs (MTTR, MTBF).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality and R&D teams on improvement projects, trials and new product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret process data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≈10%).
