Procurement Manager – Construction & Engineering (Riyadh)

About the role

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and focuses on procurement for civil engineering, construction, and engineering projects within the logistics and industrial sectors. Reporting to the Group Director of International Procurement, the role works closely with International Development, Business Development, and Asset Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, cost‑reduction targets and engineering quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define procurement demands, create detailed plans and ensure alignment with construction milestones.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, company policies and international best practices.
• Establish and update a standardized supplier database covering civil construction, building materials, equipment and engineering services.
• Lead tendering, bidding and full‑cycle procurement execution, ensuring technical specifications, quality and delivery timelines are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in civil engineering, construction or related engineering projects, preferably in the industrial, logistics or real‑estate sectors.
• Hands‑on experience in the Saudi Arabian or broader Middle‑East market.
• Proven track record in developing procurement strategies, vendor development and managing end‑to‑end procurement processes.
