Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead all procurement and sourcing activities for construction projects, ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are delivered on time, at the required quality, and at the best possible cost. This role works closely with project, warehouse, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with project schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for construction projects.
• Source, evaluate, and approve suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and supply terms to achieve cost savings.
• Review and approve purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries of materials and equipment to ensure timely arrival.
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve any procurement issues.
• Control procurement costs and report on savings achieved.
• Prepare regular procurement performance reports and summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably within construction companies.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to conduct cost and price analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
