Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimise procurement activities across our diversified conglomerate in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiation to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders and contracts.
• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable local and international suppliers and lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance, assess risks and maintain approved supplier lists and procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Projects, Legal and other functions to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Track spend, identify cost‑saving opportunities and report on procurement KPIs.
• Support digitalisation and automation of procurement processes and mentor the procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, preferably within a large conglomerate or multi‑business organisation.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good understanding of the Saudi supplier and procurement market.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
