Procurement Manager – Luxury Goods

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead global sourcing, vendor management and purchasing operations for luxury and exclusive products across all divisions. Reporting to the Director of Support Services, the role ensures timely, cost‑effective and high‑quality delivery while maintaining discretion and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and manage a vetted network of local and international vendors for recurring and non‑recurring luxury goods, negotiating contracts, pricing and terms.
• Oversee purchase order administration, approvals, expense optimisation and the end‑to‑end procurement process from initiation to delivery, including import/export coordination.
• Develop and monitor procurement budgets, track spend against plan and negotiate service provider contracts to achieve cost optimisation.
• Lead and develop Product Specialists, set market research priorities and produce monthly reports on product trends and vendor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field; procurement certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or vendor‑management experience, preferably in luxury, hospitality or private‑household environments.
• Proven track record of sourcing high‑end, exclusive products internationally and strong negotiation and contract‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
