Procurement Specialist (Construction Materials)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead the sourcing and purchasing of construction and building‑material items for our projects in Riyadh. The role will ensure timely delivery, cost‑effectiveness, and quality of materials that support our acoustic treatment and sound isolation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for construction materials, tools, equipment and project‑related requirements.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify local and international suppliers to secure quality, cost‑efficient, and on‑time deliveries.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms, and oversee purchase orders and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate import‑export documentation and logistics when required.
• Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with project teams for material forecasting, and resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures and industry standards.
• Analyse supplier performance and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, contracting or building‑materials sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials such as steel, cement, insulation, electrical components, HVAC and finishing products.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems for procurement processes.
