Procurement Specialist – Cosmetics & Fragrance

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and purchase of cosmetics and fragrance raw materials, ingredients, and packaging. The role works closely with product development, operations, and quality teams to ensure that all components meet the company’s standards for quality, cost, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify manufacturers and suppliers for cosmetics, fragrances, and related components.
• Maintain strong relationships with external factories and vendors, handling specifications, pricing, and production timelines.
• Source raw materials (ingredients, fragrance oils, formulations) and packaging items (bottles, caps, pumps, applicators, containers).
• Request quotations, negotiate prices, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve quality or delivery issues, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Development or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within the cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance industry.
• Strong understanding of raw materials, ingredients, and formulations used in cosmetics and fragrances.
• Familiarity with beauty packaging components such as bottles, pumps, caps, and applicators.
• Experience coordinating with international manufacturers and factories.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
