Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage daily purchasing activities and ensure the timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies for our food and beverage manufacturing facility. The role focuses on cost‑effective sourcing while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily purchasing for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Source and evaluate qualified local and international suppliers.
• Request, analyze, and compare quotations (RFQs) to select the best options.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment, and lead times.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery until completion.
• Coordinate with production and inventory teams to guarantee uninterrupted material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on supplier performance and procurement costs.
• Contribute to supply‑chain efficiency and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the food & beverage sector.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
