Procurement Specialist (Saudi National)

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will support the organisation’s purchasing activities across multiple business units, ensuring that goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively and in line with company standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the role contributes to the Group’s growth strategy by delivering commercial value and maintaining high supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes from requisition to order fulfilment.
• Identify, evaluate and engage qualified suppliers to meet business needs.
• Obtain, compare and analyse quotations and commercial proposals.
• Support negotiations and conduct commercial evaluations to secure favourable terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and related procurement documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date procurement and supplier records.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance, policies and approval procedures.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement and enhanced supplier performance.

Required profile

• Saudi national with the right to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Good commercial awareness, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is advantageous.
• Exposure to GCC markets and sectors such as industrial services, construction, logistics or hospitality is a plus.
