Procurement Supervisor

About the role
The Procurement Supervisor will lead a team responsible for daily procurement and clearance activities, ensuring smooth execution of procurement processes and effective coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily procurement activities for assigned categories.
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes in line with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms.
- Support cost‑optimization initiatives and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze procurement data, spending trends, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant procurement experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
