Procurement Supervisor (Medical)

About the role

The Hospital in Dammam is seeking a Procurement Supervisor specialized in medical supplies. The role focuses on acquiring equipment, devices, and consumables that meet clinical needs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requests for medical items and generate purchase orders.
• Source vendors, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Ensure all purchases comply with SFDA regulations and hospital standards.
• Coordinate with biomedical and clinical teams to define technical specifications.
• Track orders through delivery, resolve discrepancies, and optimize costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
• Proven experience in medical procurement.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Required skills

• Vendor sourcing and quotation analysis.
