Procurement Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role

The Tamheer Procurement program at AECOM offers fresh graduates a chance to start a career in procurement and supply chain within a leading global infrastructure firm. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment supporting day‑to‑day procurement activities and gaining hands‑on experience with data analysis tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily procurement and supply‑chain operations, including preparing purchase requests and related documentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining procurement reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to data‑quality initiatives.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management or a related field.
• 0–1 year of professional experience (fresh graduate).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency.
