Product Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to turn complex product and user data into actionable insights that drive growth and improve customer experiences. The role is fully remote and supports a fast‑paced digital environment where innovation, ownership, and continuous learning are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to spot trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics such as retention, conversion, lifetime value, revenue, and churn.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Conduct deep analyses of customer journeys, feature adoption, promotional initiatives, and overall product performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate new releases, enhancements, and A/B testing initiatives.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data‑backed improvements.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure analytical data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Support customer segmentation, personalization, and market research to boost engagement and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within digital products.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with event‑based analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital product monetization models and customer lifecycle management is desirable.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with Python or statistical analysis tools is considered a plus.
