Product Engineer (HVAC)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer to lead the design and development of HVAC products, including new models and customized solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launch and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of HVAC products, including new models, series, and customized units.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and production.
• Drive Value Engineering initiatives to improve product cost, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for product customization, deviations, and customer‑specific requirements.
• Support the development, prototyping, testing, and commissioning of new HVAC products.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Service, and customers regarding product applications and engineering requirements.
• Evaluate components, materials, and suppliers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry standards, and engineering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3‑6 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration design and product development.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, standards, and product development.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ERP/design systems (advantage).
