Product Led Growth Manager

About the role

This is a high‑impact growth product role focused on building and optimizing self‑serve acquisition journeys for technical audiences. You will own the end‑to‑end customer funnel from signup and trial through activation, conversion, expansion and product‑led sales handoffs, while also acting as product owner for the website and application experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the self‑serve growth funnel, defining, measuring and improving signup, trial, activation, paid conversion and expansion journeys.
• Act as product owner for the website and product UI, setting roadmap and priorities to capture demand and improve funnel performance.
• Partner with engineers and designers to ship iterative improvements to the website, application and customer journey.
• Design, run and analyse conversion experiments (A/B tests) and scale successful approaches.
• Optimize product‑led growth journeys originating in developer ecosystems, open‑source, SDKs, code examples and AI‑agent ecosystems.
• Build customer data and segmentation frameworks to support personalized onboarding, content and nurture programs.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in growth, growth product management, lifecycle marketing or funnel‑focused product roles.
• Proven success driving growth in B2B SaaS, developer‑focused products or self‑serve/product‑led models.
• Strong understanding of how technical users and developers evaluate, adopt and expand software tools.
• Demonstrated ownership of website conversion and demand capture, turning traffic into activation and revenue.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to define metrics, instrument funnels, segment users and combine quantitative insights with customer feedback.
