Product Manager – Fintech (Consumer Digital)

About the role

We are an established financial services group seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the creation of a new consumer digital product in Riyadh. You will own the product backlog, work closely with design and engineering, and ensure the solution meets regulatory and user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog: write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with design and engineering to scope, prioritize, unblock, and verify features.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications covering flows, edge cases, and failure states.
• Run discovery and user testing, turning insights into product decisions.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations to secure first‑time internal approvals.
• Track delivery against milestones and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation, including journeys, release notes, and decision logs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience on consumer digital products, preferably mobile.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end solutions with design and engineering teams.
• Strong ability to write detailed specifications, including edge cases and failure states.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama preferred for expatriates.
