Product Manager

About the role

Imployable is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and success of its digital SaaS and enterprise software products. You will act as the bridge between business goals, customer needs, and technical execution, shaping product vision and guiding cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer, market, and stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to uncover opportunities.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead product discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within a software or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Product Development, and Design Thinking methodologies.
