Product Manager – Platform

About the role

Join SIFI’s Platform squad to shape the core of a business wallet that Saudi companies rely on for spend control, receipt capture, policy enforcement, and financial insight. You will turn complex finance workflows into simple, user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with finance leaders and business owners to uncover pain points such as slow expense processes, hard‑to‑enforce policies, missing receipts, and month‑end reconciliation challenges.
• Own the full product lifecycle: define problems, validate concepts with real users, ship solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Scale existing features by removing friction, improving reliability, and driving adoption across the customer base.
• Collaborate with marketing on go‑to‑market strategies to ensure new features are launched effectively and achieve sustained usage.
• Monitor usage data, drop‑off points, and adoption curves; test hypotheses quickly and let data drive decisions.
• Translate messy, contradictory customer input into clear product decisions and prioritize the most impactful improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience shipping B2B SaaS products that users engage with daily.
• Hands‑on ownership of a product surface, not just supporting one.
• Strong customer pull: regularly talk to users, listen to what isn’t said, and keep asking “why” until the real problem emerges.
• Instinct for simplification – able to demonstrate a flow you dramatically streamlined and explain its impact.
• Data‑driven mindset: build your own dashboards, spot patterns early, and act on insights without waiting for others.
• Clear written communication and decisive action under ambiguity.
