Product Owner – Wellness & Booking Platform

About the role

We are building a next‑generation booking, loyalty and customer‑experience platform for the wellness and beauty sector across the GCC. As a Product Owner you will own the roadmap for both our consumer marketplace and white‑label B2B solution, translating market needs into actionable product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the consumer marketplace and white‑label B2B platform.
• Convert business goals and client feedback into clear user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers and QA to deliver features that solve real problems for salons, spas and clinics.
• Define and refine booking, scheduling, loyalty and CRM workflows based on real‑world service‑business operations.
• Run sprint planning, backlog grooming and stakeholder review sessions.
• Validate releases against business requirements before go‑live.
• Provide a strong point of view on best‑in‑class booking and appointment products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on booking, scheduling or appointment‑based platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of the wellness, salon, spa or beauty industry and its day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong business acumen, balancing customer needs, technical constraints and commercial priorities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in agile/scrum environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Builder’s mindset comfortable in a fast‑moving startup where priorities shift.
