Production Facility Engineering Manager

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Production Facility Engineering Manager to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of production equipment and automation systems within its large‑scale manufacturing environment in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable, efficient and safe factory operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production lines, automation systems and related equipment.
• Develop and execute the annual maintenance and upkeep plan for all production equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of management processes for production‑related equipment.
• Drive technical optimisation and resolve major equipment faults by establishing preventive mechanisms and reducing interruption risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure equipment safety, compliance and adherence to EHS standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in equipment management, maintenance planning and production optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a large manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of safety and EHS regulations.
