Production Incharge – CNC & WIP Control

About the role

The Production Incharge will lead CNC operations and work‑in‑progress (WIP) control for a poles and towers manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure raw material handling, production planning, and output targets are met while maintaining high standards of machine care and shop‑floor discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Handle raw‑material receipt reports and develop daily production plans.
• Monitor CNC machine output to achieve daily production targets.
• Supervise WIP control and follow‑up until goods issue dispatch, maintaining accurate production data.
• Manage inventory consumption for plates, angles, tools, and consumables; raise tool and material indents as needed.
• Execute CNC programming for plate and angle processing machines, including plasma cutting and hole‑milling equipment.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and coordinate small CNC maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimise workflow and output.
• Support the development and readiness of a second production line.
• Maintain production records, reports, and operational discipline on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in CNC programming and production supervision within the heavy‑fabrication or poles & towers industry.
• Strong knowledge of plasma cutting, hole milling, and plate & angle processing.
• Proven ability to manage WIP, inventory control, and production reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Leadership skills with a focus on shop‑floor management and target orientation.
