Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager will own the end‑to‑end manufacturing process, collaborating with internal teams to drive operational excellence and ensure product quality that meets customer expectations. This role combines strategic planning, resource coordination, and continuous improvement to keep production on schedule, within budget, and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the entire production workflow, from planning to delivery.
• Contribute to production planning, budgeting, and cost estimation.
• Lead quality assessments and ensure compliance with customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce occupational health and safety measures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align production goals.
• Supervise production staff, monitor performance, and resolve process issues.
• Determine resource needs, including labor, raw materials, and equipment.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, purchasing, and implementation of safety precautions.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Disciplined, punctual, hardworking, and committed to quality.
