Production Operations Manager

About the role

A leading company in fit‑out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, events & exhibitions, and architectural structures is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead large‑scale production and end‑to‑end operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large‑scale production and factory operations from planning through final delivery.
• Manage Production, Procurement, Logistics, Stores/Warehouse, Installation, Planning, HSE, and QA/QC functions.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, capacity and material requirements.
• Handle raw‑material sourcing, supplier negotiations and purchasing.
• Ensure effective inventory control and timely material availability.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, imports, shipments and material movement.
• Lead installation and site operations teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage operational requirements for large events, exhibitions and fit‑out projects.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, operational dashboards and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvement, productivity, efficiency and cost‑waste reduction initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, productivity and delivery timelines.
• Leverage ERP and digital tools to improve inventory visibility and reporting.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent professional English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Production/Operations Manager role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive experience in large‑scale events, exhibitions and metal fabrication projects.
• Proven track record managing large production facilities and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in procurement, logistics, HSE and QA/QC.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, capacity management and project delivery.
• Experience with supplier management, cost control and high‑volume operations.
