Production Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS). In this role you will translate demand forecasts and customer orders into a realistic production plan that ensures on‑time delivery and smooth workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule to align demand with production capacity.
• Translate forecasts and orders into an executable production plan.
• Monitor execution against the plan and address any deviations.
• Schedule production activities to meet delivery commitments while optimizing workflow.
• Balance demand, capacity, and inventory to support efficient operations.
• Perform rough‑cut capacity planning to identify constraints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve planning issues.

Required profile

• Strong planning and forecasting abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination capabilities.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in production planning or a similar field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
