Production Planning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Production Planning Specialist to manage production capacity, schedule orders, and ensure timely material supply across projects. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, sales, marketing, and production teams to meet demand and maintain performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan production and manufacturing capacity, adjusting orders based on project priorities.
• Track material availability and coordinate with Procurement for timely supply.
• Monitor KPIs such as on‑time delivery, customer complaints, and plan adherence.
• Develop contingency plans for demand fluctuations, seasonality, and disruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to forecast future demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• For residents: valid Iqama eligible for transfer.
