Production Supervisor – Cement Mills

About the role

A leading industrial company in the Tabuk/NEOM region of Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for the Cement Mills Sub Section. The role involves overseeing daily production, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing shift operations within the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations of cement mills to meet production and quality targets.
• Monitor mill performance parameters and coordinate with Quality Control on product specifications.
• Ensure operators follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on planned and emergency equipment stoppages.
• Prepare shift reports and escalate operational issues to the Section Chief.
• Train and develop operators under supervision.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cement or heavy process industry production operations.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
