Professional Services Architect

About the role

SentinelOne is seeking a Professional Services Architect to lead end‑to‑end technical engagements for its AI‑native security platform. You will own the delivery of EDR/XDR and Prompt Security solutions, guiding customers from discovery through design, deployment, and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, managing discovery, solution design, and architecture.
• Deploy and configure SentinelOne EDR/XDR and Prompt Security solutions on Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document architectures, configurations, and knowledge‑transfer materials for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity professional services, MSSP, or system integration.
• Proven track record delivering complex endpoint and XDR deployments.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with customers.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
