Professional Waiter – Fine Dining

About the role

Bayt Al Tawabel is seeking a professional, guest‑focused Waiter to join its fine‑dining restaurant team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will deliver a warm, attentive, and polished dining experience, ensuring every guest feels valued and well‑served.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Present the menu, explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain table setup and cleanliness throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Recommend dishes, beverages, and add‑ons when appropriate.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure bills are accurate before presenting them to guests.
• Collaborate closely with service, kitchen, and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter.
• Previous experience in a premium or fine‑dining environment preferred.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Presentable appearance with strong grooming standards.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
