Program Manager – Eagle

About the role

The Program Manager will serve as the central coordination point for the Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance workstreams, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management and strong stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Practice Director, the role provides early visibility of risks and drives resolution across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust governance framework across Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance workstreams.
• Coordinate program‑level planning, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and governance forums.
• Maintain program‑level RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and proactively address delivery challenges.
• Track delivery commitments against scope, schedule and quality expectations.
• Facilitate regular program governance meetings, steering committees, delivery reviews and management checkpoints.
• Act as senior day‑to‑day interface between Cognizant and the client, building trusted relationships with senior business, operations, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with the client’s IT teams, including stakeholders in Jeddah, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Escalate material risks or decisions to the Practice Director with clear context, impact assessment and recommended actions.
• Drive structured root‑cause analysis and resolution of critical delivery issues, ensuring owners and target dates are assigned.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly executive reports and communications.
