Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they align with company standards and stakeholder expectations. The role involves driving project progress, managing risks, and fostering continuous improvement across the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor assigned projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery in line with the project plan.
• Identify and leverage synergies between projects to maximise efficiency.
• Extract lessons learned from ongoing and completed projects and translate them into actionable improvement recommendations.
• Proactively identify risk areas and obstacles, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in defining and maintaining project management standards, practices, and processes.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on progress, milestones, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project or programme management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
