Program Manager – Launch and Expansion

About the role

Amazon is expanding its network of fulfillment centers and needs a Program Manager to lead the launch and expansion of new facilities. You will own strategic and tactical cross‑functional projects, ensuring that each new center is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Work backwards from the customer to define program requirements, milestones and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers and status reports for senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks, coordinating actions across technology, design, procurement and construction teams.
• Drive end‑to‑end project coordination, ensuring all “Road to Launch” tasks are completed.
• Gather and analyze launch performance data to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present project updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.

Required profile

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel usage.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven ability to define and implement process‑improvement initiatives using data.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights or holidays.
