Program Manager – Launch and Expansion

About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the launch and expansion of Amazon’s new fulfillment centers in Saudi Arabia. You will drive large‑scale, cross‑functional projects that enable Amazon’s network growth, working closely with technology, design, procurement and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define program requirements and critical milestones by working backwards from the customer.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of launch tasks.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business, tech and non‑tech teams to execute launch activities.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to senior leadership regularly.
• Gather and analyse launch performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Support expansion strategies by establishing new initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights or holidays.
