Program Manager – Ultra Fast Grocery (Amazon Now)

About the role

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment is building a new ultra‑fast grocery service across the MENA region. We are looking for a Program Manager to lead last‑mile improvements, drive standardisation, and launch innovative business models for Amazon Now stores in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Ultra‑Fast Grocery (UFG) last‑mile initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Act as liaison between local operations and country business teams, ensuring best‑practice adoption.
• Provide SME support for UTR, routing and OTR planning and facilitate Kaizen events.
• Maintain health and safety standards while promoting a safety‑first culture.
• Measure performance, give feedback, and support team development.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects and strategic planning for peak‑season demand.
• Prepare leadership updates, MBRs and QBRs, and establish metrics for safety, quality, productivity and customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, operations or supply‑chain program management.
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
