Programme Director – Hospitality Mega‑Project

About the role

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead a landmark hospitality mega‑development in Saudi Arabia. This senior position focuses on strategic alignment, governance and executive‑level decision support rather than day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic interface between the client, executive leadership and project stakeholders.
• Lead high‑level programme governance, reporting and performance oversight.
• Provide executive‑level insights on progress, risks, opportunities and critical decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy and business priorities.
• Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups.
• Support executive decision‑making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leader on major development programmes.
• Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF‑backed.
• Strong client‑management, strategic reporting and stakeholder‑engagement experience.
• Exposure to PMC, developer or client‑side environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
