Project Account Manager

About the role

In the Hilti KSA Energy team you will act as the Project Account Manager for energy construction projects. You will work closely with customers, think strategically, build trust and provide advice to deliver uncompromising solutions while coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key project stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and provide strategic advice and solutions for energy construction projects.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders across complex project environments.
• Drive project coverage and service quality to increase market presence.
• Support the growth of Hilti’s energy portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of construction experience on Saudi energy projects.
• Previous sales experience in construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders in complex project settings.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
