Project Control Manager

About the role

Egis Group is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Control Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers the structured planning, monitoring and control of complex infrastructure and capital projects from feasibility through delivery and close-out, working with multi-disciplinary teams so that programme, cost, risk and reporting are integrated and meet client, stakeholder and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assess project environments and client requirements, identify challenges and design tailored control solutions with stakeholders
• Set up and manage project controls frameworks covering planning, cost, risk and performance reporting, with robust baselines and integrated cost, schedule and risk data
• Oversee analysis, documentation and reporting of project findings, producing dashboards, KPI packs, trend analysis and forecasts for senior stakeholders
• Run collaborative planning and controls sessions with clients, project teams and delivery partners, virtually and in person
• Adapt methodologies, processes and tools to project needs while complying with governance frameworks and client requirements
• Support change control, QSRA activities and the development and management of Earned Value Management (EVM) systems where required
• Represent the organisation in multi-disciplinary teams and coach project teams to build internal capability and quality
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and monitor performance against baselines, recommending actions to keep projects on track

Required profile

• 10+ years of project controls experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy or major capital projects
• Degree or HNC in an engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Right to work in Saudi Arabia or ability to obtain it before starting
• Preferred: familiarity with NEC4 contracts, PMP/APM/IPMA Level C or MRICS/APM membership, Middle East or GCC project controls experience, knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks
