About the role
The company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of engineering projects. The role involves liaising between design teams, consultants, clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across different engineering disciplines.
- Follow up on project deliverables, submissions and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers and meeting records.
- Facilitate communication between the project team, consultants and clients.
- Monitor project progress and assist the Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination.
Required profile
- Saudi national – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with design teams, consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project documentation.
