Project Coordinator – KSA National

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support national program management in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating reporting processes, collecting and validating data, and delivering accurate reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and distribute regular and ad‑hoc reports for national programs.
• Collect, organize and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and documentation for reporting.
• Maintain and update reporting databases and tracking systems.
• Analyze report data to identify trends, discrepancies and areas requiring attention.
• Ensure reports comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate reporting meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage report distribution and maintain organized filing systems.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting processes and templates.
• Assist in preparing presentations and executive summaries based on report findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in report preparation, data management or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of project or program management principles.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with databases or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting software (preferred).
