Project Cost Controller

About the role

WOLFFKRAN International AG is seeking an experienced Project Cost Controller to join its Saudi Arabia team. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs across large‑scale construction programmes, ensuring financial performance aligns with approved budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Track project expenditures against approved budgets and report variances.
• Prepare percentage‑of‑completion sheets and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Analyse cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce monthly forecasts covering income, costs and cash flow.
• Participate in project reviews, providing financial updates to stakeholders.
• Record minutes of cost‑control and PMO meetings.
• Monitor supplier costs relative to purchase orders and invoices.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing activities and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project cost control, change control and reporting within construction.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budget movements, commitments, EFC and cash‑flow management.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as planners, finance and risk.
