Project Director - Hospitality and High-Rise Developments

About the role

A leading private-sector contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale real estate, hospitality and mixed-use projects is looking for an experienced Project Director to lead major hospitality and high-rise developments in Saudi Arabia, mainly in Riyadh and Makkah. The role covers full responsibility for planning, execution, delivery and stakeholder management on the contractor side.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major hospitality and high-rise projects
• Oversee project planning, execution and timely delivery within budget
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and align them with project goals
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including PPP and PIF entities
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality standards
• Drive risk management and implement mitigation strategies

Required profile

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience
• Proven track record in high-rise towers and mega hospitality projects
• Strong exposure to PPP projects (mandatory) and PIF-funded developments
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or Egypt
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and delivery skills
