Project Execution Lead – Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a Project Execution Lead to join Siemens Digital Industries in Al‑Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will drive the delivery of control‑system projects for water distribution, chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas SCADA installations, ensuring they meet customer specifications and Siemens quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement control‑system solutions based on customer technical specifications.
• Create project specifications, coordinate clarifications with suppliers and customers, and manage documentation.
• Lead software engineering, integration of third‑party systems, and hardware planning for control cabinets.
• Oversee production monitoring, functional testing, optimization, acceptance and delivery to the customer.
• Support technical bidding activities and collaborate with the bidding team.
• Provide regular project execution updates, performance reporting and escalation to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related engineering field.
• 10‑12 years of experience covering both operational (project & service) and non‑operational (bidding) functions.
• 8‑10 years of engineering and commissioning experience on Siemens DCS/SCADA – PCS 7, with full project cycle delivery.
• Proven ability to lead technical tasks and manage sub‑projects within automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens product range, third‑party integration and competitor solutions.
• Experience with OT Cybersecurity concepts and OTCC deployments.
