Project Management Experience Program

About the role

The Project Management Experience Program (PMEP) is a two‑year, intensive development pathway for early‑career professionals in the Gas Power business. Participants rotate through three eight‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in field construction, scheduling and a third discipline of their choice.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an eight‑month field/construction rotation, including on‑site activities.
• Undertake an eight‑month scheduling rotation.
• Participate in a third eight‑month rotation in a discipline such as commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, lean, or technical.
• Travel domestically and/or internationally as required for each rotation.
• Demonstrate a strong desire for field‑site work and leadership throughout the program.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 8 years of industry experience.
• Ability to commit to a two‑year program and remain with the sponsoring business after graduation.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to eight months per rotation, including multi‑business and multi‑location assignments.
• Desire to work on field sites and engage in hands‑on project management.
