Project Management Specialist

About the role

The Project Management Specialist will support the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, internal teams, clients, and external partners to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, scope, and objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, status updates, and presentations for management.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, approvals, and correspondence.
• Support change management by tracking scope variations and assessing their impact on cost and schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, coordination or controls.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, reporting and documentation.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• PMP or other relevant certification is an advantage.
