Project Manager – 380kV Substation (EPC)

About the role

Project Manager - 380kV BSP responsible for overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of 380kV BSP projects, ensuring compliance with SEC requirements, project timelines, quality, safety, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution from mobilization to energization and handover.
• Manage project schedule, cost, resources, manpower, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC/NG‑SEC standards, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Manage commercial matters, variations, claims, and cost optimisation.
• Drive effective stakeholder management and client relationships.
• Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and final handover.

Required profile

• Experience in EPC substation projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Exposure to SEC, National Grid SA, or major utility projects.
• Strong track record delivering substation civil works safely, on budget, and on schedule.
• Immediate availability and transferable iqama is an advantage.
• Knowledge of substation construction practices.
• Quality and safety management expertise.
• Stakeholder management (SEC/consultants/contractors) skills.
• Planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging environment.
