Project Manager – AI‑Led Initiatives

About the role

As a Project Manager for AI‑led initiatives, you will lead high‑impact SAP implementation projects that enable customers across the Middle East to adopt AI‑enabled solutions. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end project outcomes, aligning technology adoption with business objectives, and building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑business‑unit projects, coordinating partners and vendors.
• Shape customer engagements early by contributing to bids, proposals, delivery approaches, governance, scope and risk definition.
• Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and project outcomes, focusing on AI adoption and value realization.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, building sustainable relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Lead cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations, taking ownership of de‑escalation and recovery activities.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery models and regional project execution concepts.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of project management experience delivering medium‑scale, medium‑risk projects.
• Experience leading cross‑functional and distributed teams within a formal project management methodology.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present delivery approaches clearly.
• Cultural awareness and experience working with customers and teams across different countries.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
