Project Manager – Analyzer Projects

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver Analyzer projects across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project completion, customer satisfaction, and adherence to scope, cost, and schedule while leading the team both technically and contractually.

Key responsibilities

• Review sales documents and coordinate with sales for IKOM.
• Prepare and attend CKOM meetings with customers.
• Review contractual, technical, product specification and standard requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and close‑out.
• Oversee integration, scope, duration, cost, quality, HR, communication and procurement processes.
• Estimate and plan manpower and material requirements for the entire project.
• Develop project schedules, progress reports, billing and contract claim management.
• Conduct customer meetings and compile regular reports for the department manager.
• Review work breakdown structures, bar‑chart schedules, S‑curves, manpower histograms and resource allocation.
• Guide the team in solving daily challenges and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to meet delivery schedules.

Required profile

• At least 12 years of experience managing liquid‑gas analyzer projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with customers.
• Strong background in contract review, technical specification analysis, and budget/schedule management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
