Project Manager (Aramco Approved)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager approved by Saudi Aramco to lead large‑scale construction and EPC projects in the Eastern Province. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the high quality standards expected by our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions, define scope, deliverables and timelines, and use project management software to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and maintain transparent communication.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, track expenses and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports and post‑project evaluations.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct regular team meetings to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Aramco‑approved Project Manager with a valid approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of project management experience in construction/EPC projects, preferably on Saudi Aramco assignments.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects from planning through completion.

Required skills

• Project planning, cost control, scheduling, contracts and procurement.
• Construction management and HSE, QA/QC procedures.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and client requirements.
• Use of project management software and analytical tools for risk identification.
