Project Manager – Architecture & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in Riyadh from planning and design through construction and handover. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery on scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through design, construction and handover.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against time, cost, quality and scope requirements.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely follow‑up of actions.
• Oversee design coordination and multidisciplinary information flow.
• Support cost control, change management, variations and claims.
• Review contractor submissions, material submittals, shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Identify risks, delays and issues and coordinate mitigation measures.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers and records.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management within architecture, engineering, construction or built‑environment sectors.
• Proven experience managing building or infrastructure projects from design through construction.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control and risk management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP, BIM).
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project‑management and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of BIM‑based project coordination.
