Project Manager – Construction (Fit-Out & Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of fit‑out, F&B, retail and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring quality, budget control and timely completion while coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee fit‑out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contractor submissions.
• Oversee procurement activities and material delivery schedules.
• Manage contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in construction project management, specifically fit‑out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP coordination and contract administration.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
