Project Manager - Construction (Fit-Out & Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit‑out, F&B, retail and commercial construction projects in Riyadh. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery, quality control, budget management and coordination with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee fit‑out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and commercial spaces while ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contractor submissions.
• Oversee procurement activities and material delivery schedules.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Prepare progress reports and update senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in construction project management, particularly fit‑out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, contract administration and MEP coordination.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
